Responsibilities
- Performance monitoring of Time & Material business activities with a focus on early detection of deviations
- Risk and opportunity management: Identification, assessment, and proposal of measures to consolidate and develop the business
- Strategic coherence: Monitoring the performance of commercial policy in alignment with strategy and plan
- Result analysis and reporting: Ensuring monthly analyses and reporting to management
- Financial process support: Consolidation of business inputs and key events for OP, forecast, and landing
- Business Excellence: Application of Lean principles, Right-First-Time, and modern problem-solving methods
- Knowledge management and coaching: Promoting know-how, autonomy, and continuous improvement within the team
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Many years of professional experience as an Economist, Financial Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Improver in the same industry or position
- Basic financial knowledge and extensive subject-specific additional qualifications
- Proficient handling of MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
- Advanced German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1); French is an advantage
- CV in English required
- Analytical thinking, careful working methods, very good communication skills, and high resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
