Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Set up and prepare tools, fixtures, and parts for the manufacturing process
- Process Control: Execute machining, drilling, cutting, and forming operations according to predefined machine sequences
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with the reference part specifications during all processing steps
- Surface Treatment: Perform heat treatment and surface processes according to process specifications
- Machine Monitoring: Continuously monitor the operation of the NC machine and adhere to process parameters
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical profession (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician)
- Several years of professional experience in industrial mechanics, maintenance, or mechatronics
- Experience in handling CNC machines is desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
- Ability to concentrate, work independently, and quick comprehension
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
