Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Extract and integrate structured and unstructured data from various sources to meet business requirements
- Model Development: Develop, test, and implement analytical models to identify meaningful patterns and trends from complex datasets
- Model Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve the accuracy of models in line with business objectives
- Data Visualization: Communicate findings through effective and audience-appropriate visualizations
- Interface Management: Act as the interface between business functions, the data ecosystem, and requested solutions
- Coaching: Train and support business functions in a data-driven mindset
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively share best practices, findings, and techniques within the data community
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in IT/information systems, data analysis, and supply chain/logistics
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge of Python and AI/LLM (Large Language Models)
- Good knowledge of Lean Management and process management
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German is an advantage
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power-BI, Skywise, Tableau) is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
