Tasks
- Monitoring and controlling demand planning for the plant
- Performing coverage checks, master data maintenance, and processing planning and production orders
- Coordinating supplier parts, stock transfers, scrapping, and spare parts processing in after sales
- Planning and coordinating shipping activities
- Ensuring component availability management and controlling material and component procurement, including delivery dates
- Initiating and tracking measures to eliminate internal and external missing parts (within Airbus and at external suppliers)
- Controlling workshop and construction site management, including deadline monitoring
- Monitoring production orders and occupancy control for construction sites and machines
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession or commercial training or training as a freight forwarding agent
- Initial experience in scheduling/material procurement
- Several years of experience in production planning and control as well as in aerospace; many years of technical experience
- Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP R/3 and confident use of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and basic English
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
