Responsibilities
- Project Control: Monitoring and controlling schedule, cost plans, and risks, taking project progress into account
- Project Lifecycle Management: Responsibility for the entire development project lifecycle, including project scope, change management, and work package management
- Financial Processes: Active participation in financial processes such as Sales & Operational Plan, trend forecasting, and cost-to-completion analyses
- Risk Management: Responsibility for the engineering contribution to Enterprise Risk Management
- Resource Management: Management of engineering resource management
- Project Closure: Ensuring an orderly project closure
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree (at least Bachelor's) or business administration degree (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, controlling, and change management
- Many years of experience in engineering and development, ideally in the aerospace environment
- Experience in finance, supplier management, and IT/information systems
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience in the Airbus environment is highly desirable
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and an independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
