Responsibilities


  • System conception: Participation in the concept and design phases of future-oriented fuel systems, considering technical specifications
  • Specification & certification: Support in creating specifications as well as in the qualification and certification of systems, subsystems, and components
  • Simulation & analysis: Running simulations and analyzing the performance and reliability of the systems
  • Interface coordination: Coordination with internal and external stakeholders regarding interfaces and requirements
  • Root-cause analysis: Assistance with root-cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting during system development and testing
  • Technological input: Active contribution of own ideas and technological impulses to continuously develop and improve the systems


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace (at least Bachelor's)
  • Many years of professional experience in aerospace
  • Initial practical experience in system design and development, ideally within the context of fuel systems or complex technical systems
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office; basic technical understanding of simulation tools (especially Simcenter Amesim); experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5) and DOORS is a plus
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel worldwide for business
  • Good planning and organisational skills, teamwork, self-reliant and systematic working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
