Responsibilities
- Goods Receipt and Issue: Independently handle the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods
- Quality Control: Initiate goods receipt inspections and coordinate damaged parts with specialist departments
- Warehouse Management: Book goods movements, record documents, and organize regular stock checks
- Documentation: Check, control, and prepare accompanying documents for receipts and dispatches
- Inventory Control: Initiate reorders, process urgent requests, and review surplus stock
- Team Coordination: Train new employees in the onboarding area and supervise work execution
- Safety and Order: Adhere to safety regulations in the warehouse area and coordinate cleaning work
Qualifications
- Vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, or equivalent is preferred
- Extensive professional experience in manufacturing/production and logistics, ideally in the aviation industry
- Class B/3 driver’s license required
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business-level proficiency in German (min. C1) and basic proficiency in English (min. A2)
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
