Responsibilities
- Receiving and issuing aircraft spare parts, including systematic inventory management
- Maintaining and managing inventory in the relevant warehouse and inventory management systems
- Conducting physical inventory counts and stock takings
- Sorting spare parts by part numbers and according to established warehouse logic guidelines
- Inspecting, assembling, and packaging kits according to defined requirements
- Processing missing parts lists, including necessary data entry
- Ensuring complete and proper documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or completed vocational training with equivalent skills and knowledge
- Professional experience in warehousing/logistics (e.g., receiving, order picking, inventory management) is a plus
- Proficient German (min. B2) and beginner-level English (A1)
- Strong numerical skills and a meticulous work ethic
- Willingness to work in a two-shift model
- Strong teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
