Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Management: Store and issue aircraft spare parts and maintain stock levels in the corresponding systems
  • Inventory: Conduct physical stocktaking (inventories) independently
  • Picking: Sort aircraft spare parts by part numbers and prepare them for further processing
  • Kitting: Check, assemble, pack, and provide spare parts according to kit requirements
  • Documentation: Process missing parts lists and properly document all required data entries
  • Shift Work: Flexible work in early, late, and night shifts


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or an equivalent completed vocational training
  • Initial experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in the aviation industry
  • Confident handling of common warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Basic skills in English (at least A1)
  • Fitness for shift work and willingness to work in a 3-shift model
  • Numerical understanding, teamwork skills, and an independent way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
