Responsibilities


  • Goods Receipt: Proper acceptance of deliveries including verification of shipping and customs documents
  • Quality Assurance: Visual inspection of materials for completeness and damage with precise documentation of discrepancies
  • System Management & Digitization: Entry of deliveries into data processing systems (OPAL/EWM) and digitization of shipping documents
  • Logistics Process Control: Creation of internal transport orders and independent handling of search requests, status inquiries, and clarification cases
  • Security-Relevant Logistics: Proper receipt and forwarding of classified/crypto-materials, explosives, and hazardous substances in strict compliance with safety regulations
  • Physical Logistics: Operation of industrial trucks as well as physical acceptance and transportation of packages


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in logistics or aviation technology
  • Extensive professional experience in warehouse logistics
  • Advanced application skills in MS Office; SAP knowledge advantageous
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills in English (at least A2)
  • Forklift truck license required
  • Independent, reliable work approach as well as resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
