Tasks

• Receiving goods, including visual inspection for damaged packaging
• Unpacking and comparing the delivered materials with the delivery note
• Checking delivery documents for completeness and digitizing the documents
• Entering the delivery into existing booking tools and preparing for goods receipt inspection
• Pre-sorting parts for goods receipt booking
• Processing customs goods, Eurofighter products, and classified materials
• Assisting with the picking of kit sets and shipping activities

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics/goods receiving
• Experience in checking goods as well as in documentation and document verification
• In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Business fluent in German (at least C1); basic English
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
