Tasks

  • Administration and monitoring of technical security equipment such as video surveillance, burglar alarm technology, fire alarm technology, and access control
  • Coordination and monitoring of external service providers for new installation, maintenance, and support of modern security systems
  • Administration and data maintenance in the operations control system, including the creation of route maps and deployment plans
  • ID card management and assignment of access authorizations as part of access control
  • Planning and coordination of security projects and security measures
  • Creation and updating of security concepts in cooperation with internal departments
  • Support with service instructions, emergency and alarm plans, and associated process descriptions
  • Participation in quality management, the continuous improvement process, event security, and special tasks (e.g., operational disaster control organization)

Profil

  • Completed vocational training as a protection and security specialist or as an emergency call and service control center specialist or comparable
  • Practical experience in the field of security technology such as video surveillance systems and burglary, fire, and access control systems
  • Practical experience in control center operations and emergency management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines
  • Good knowledge of standard IT and security applications as well as knowledge of corporate security management tools
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1); advanced English (at least B2)
  • Class B driver's license (formerly class 3)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
