Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Planning, supervision, and implementation of renovation measures as well as coordination of external companies and maintenance activities
- Operational Support: Management of work clothing, locking systems, lockers, and service technician cabinets
- Vehicle Management: Monitoring of TÜV and service appointments, management of vehicle documents and accident reports
- Occupational Safety: Responsibility for fire protection, first aid, and safety officer duties including training
- Hazardous Substance and Dangerous Goods Management: Updating safety data sheets, operating instructions, and hazardous substance lists
- Training Management: Conducting safety briefings, monitoring the qualification matrix, and managing the learning platform
- Project Coordination: Coordination of new requirements, planning of measures, and monitoring of implementation
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or a comparable field with a focus on Facility Management
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance, interface management, customer service, project management, and process improvement
- Several years of experience as a safety officer
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety and in first aid
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management and problem-solving methods
- Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts) and possibly on-call duty on weekends
- Structured, independent way of working, team skills, and a high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
