The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Process Definition: Define and industrialize optimal industrial means for assembly, integration, and test processes
- Technology Development: Manage the state of industrial technologies and provide competitive solutions for industrial systems
- Innovation Management: Act as the interface between industrial innovation and local industrial systems
- Investment Coordination: Plan and coordinate capital expenditures (CapEx) in the Manufacturing Engineering area
- Product and Process Design: Define and develop product specifications and industrial processes
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and project management
- Experience in aircraft production is mandatory
- Knowledge of project management and coordination of work packages
- Knowledge of 3DX or Catia V6 is mandatory; experience with Confluence is an advantage
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German and/or Spanish skills are an advantage
- Teamwork skills, communication skills, and an independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
