Tasks

  • Carry out pre- and post-flight checks independently on H135 and H145 helicopter systems
  • Ensure proper technical settings and system conformity, including functional tests of onboard equipment and mission systems
  • Document all work steps precisely using SAP systems in compliance with aviation standards
  • Locate and diagnose system faults, analyze root causes, and assist in resolution
  • Support flight test readiness by performing structural and systems inspections before and after testing
  • Occasional on-site assignments or travel to support delivery or operational readiness elsewhere

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic, motor vehicle mechatronics technician, mechanical technician or mechatronics technician
  • Several years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical maintenance
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on SAP experience in production or maintenance environments
  • German language skills at C1 level and English at B2 level
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa permitted) is strictly required
