Responsibilities
- Assembly of subassemblies for helicopters according to technical specifications
- Safety wiring professionally and in compliance with safety regulations
- Drilling and riveting of components with high precision
- Bonding and press-fitting of bushings and bearings as part of structural connections
- Surface protection by applying edge sealants and corrosion protection
- Quality awareness through consistent adherence to manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or in a metalworking trade
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in aviation
- Practical knowledge of assembly work, drilling, riveting, and safety wiring
- Experience with bonding techniques and press-fitting procedures
- Knowledge of the Airbus drawing system is desirable
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Independent work style, teamwork, and high flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
