At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Manching, you will take on a central role in operational HR work as an HR Manager / Advisor. You will support managers and employees, maintain HR systems, and contribute to the continuous development of HR processes.

Responsibilities


  • Administrative implementation of HR measures such as contractual changes
  • Data maintenance in HR systems and processing of information
  • Analysis and reporting on HR-related topics
  • Process support in executing HR policies and defined procedures
  • HR campaigns: Support HR Business Partners in executing the annual HR cycle
  • Internal collaboration with other HR areas such as payroll and experts
  • Process optimization and contribution to the digitalization of internal HR workflows
  • Point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or training as a personnel clerk or comparable qualification with a focus on personnel management
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration and operational HR work
  • Comprehensive administrative skills in an HR environment
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP; experience with Workday or other HR systems is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Structured way of working, very good communication skills and team skills
  • Integrity, high sense of responsibility and openness to change processes
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
