Tasks
- Support with strategic issues, e.g., personnel requirements planning in the production environment and space consolidation in an area with around 600 employees and over 15,000 m² of production space
- Further development and implementation of capacity comparisons (comparison of demand and supply per cost center)
- Creation and revision of management presentations until they are ready for decision-making and presentation
- Coordination and moderation of meetings and external conferences, including thorough preparation and follow-up
- PMO support with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, including tracking, evaluations, and coordination tasks
- After training: Assumption of (partial) responsibility up to independent project management possible
Qualifications
- Completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering (bachelor's and/or master's)
- Experience in project management or PMO environment
- Very confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advanced German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as confidence in conflict management and coordination with different stakeholders
