Tasks
- Management of national and international construction projects
- Preparation of feasibility studies, schedules, and cost estimates
- Management of external planning participants such as general planners, project managers, or specialist planners
- Ensuring the integration of industrial facilities into construction planning and execution
- Advising production departments on construction-related issues
- Development and implementation of standards
- Conducting profitability analyses
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, supply engineering, or electrical engineering
- Experience in project management for complex construction projects
- Strong process and methodological skills, project management training desirable
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
- Very good English (at least C2) and good German skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
