Responsibilities
- Automation solutions for efficient design processes in airframe engineering
- Methods and processes to maximize the use of new technological building blocks
- Architectures and ensure the right level of dependency between automation functions and architectural parameters
- Rules for automated and parametric design in connection with aircraft architecture
- Strategy implementation of new technological automation building blocks
- Continuous improvement through automation in airframe engineering
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or a technical subject (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in configuration management, engineering, aircraft construction and design
- Specific experience in the field of system installation and structural design
- In-depth application knowledge of Catia V5 and VPM; basic skills in coding and scripting (VBA, Python, CAA) are desirable
- Good knowledge of project and process management, ideally in Airframe Engineering Process (Physical Design)
- Basic skills in German; business fluent English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of agile methodology is desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork and leadership qualities in a dynamic environment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
