Tasks

• Ensuring production capability through technical management and system monitoring
• Analyzing and eliminating technical malfunctions and sustainably optimizing operating equipment
• Creating and further developing reports, profitability analyses, and decision-making bases for various stakeholders
• Deriving strategic recommendations for action and implementing them through our own project management
• Accompanying the relocation of an entire production facility and supporting operational managers
• Collaborating in production structure planning and control, taking into account technical, operational, and economic aspects

Qualifications

• Completed degree in engineering (university or technical college)
• Many years of professional experience in operations, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering, facility management, and supply and building systems engineering
• In-depth knowledge of materials, processes, operating resources, and plant engineering
• Experience in managing complex projects
• Strong process and methodological skills as well as an understanding of business administration
• Knowledge of aviation-specific legislation as well as occupational safety, environmental protection, and operating regulations
• Very good English skills (at least B2) and business fluent German skills (at least C1)
• Good user skills in SAP R/3, MS Office, and other application programs
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
