Responsibilities
- FTI documentation such as design and installation specifications or handbooks
- Create electrical design documentation for Flight Test Instrumentation systems
- Analyze design tools and propose new tools and methods
- Adapt the FTI database to design tools and processes
- Realize and implement proof of concepts
- Collaborate
- Teamwork with senior FTI component engineers and other departments
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Design Engineer or in a comparable role
- Proficient use of CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Capital Logic
- Knowledge of documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Quicksilver) as well as basic knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems
- Knowledge in software development (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, SQL)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel on business trips (1 day to several weeks) and flexible support for the team
- Teamwork skills, structured and independent working style with a high level of quality awareness
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
