For our client Diehl Aerospace GmbH, we are looking for a Layout Engineer Cabin Systems & Avionics at the Frankfurt am Main location. In a highly specialized environment, you will develop hardware layouts for cabin systems and avionics, working closely with development teams and production.

Responsibilities
- Hardware layouts for cabin systems and avionics, considering technical, normative, and manufacturing requirements
- System design in close coordination with hardware and mechanical developers
- Project work in cross-site teams
- PCB layout according to IPC-2221 Class 3 standards
- Reviews and approvals for design and technical documentation
- Manufacturability in collaboration with production and suppliers
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Professional experience in layout creation, for example in PCB design or system layout
- Proficient use of common CAD/EDA tools, preferably Cadence Allegro
- Familiarity with standards and norms such as IPC-2221
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Independent, cross-site working style, teamwork, and high communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
