Responsibilities


  • Technical monitoring of IT infrastructure components in Germany with a focus on network and data center infrastructures
  • Operational reliability of monitoring and reporting infrastructures, ensuring their continuous further development
  • Event management in monitoring, initiating proactive and reactive measures for affected IT areas
  • Automation solutions in the area of monitoring solutions, developing and implementing them
  • Technical consultation for the implementation of sensors and checks for new system landscapes
  • Reporting harmonization, building it according to agreed KPIs and SLAs with the business


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or IT business management assistant, or a completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly with monitoring, reporting, and analysis of IT system landscapes
  • Many years of experience with monitoring applications such as CheckMK, Grafana, DynaTrace, or similar, as well as automation tools like Ansible
  • Good knowledge of Unix operating systems and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as good communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
