At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen / Munich, you will drive digital transformation in the production and maintenance area as an IT Project Manager, SAP Support. You act as a functional interface between specialist departments and IT teams, ensuring seamless integration of ERP solutions into industrial processes.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Drive specific work packages, monitor progress, and identify risks
- Expert Community Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business key users and capture their requirements
- Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate functional workshops between Digital and Business teams
- Functional Analysis: Translate industrial business needs into clear specifications for ERP modules
- UAT Management: Coordinate the User Acceptance Testing phase, define test scenarios, and mobilize testers
- Implementation Steering: Guide business units through the entire implementation and migration lifecycle
- Knowledge Management: Oversee the creation and update of documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally with a PMO or support background
- Experience in implementing industrial ERP solutions
- Expert knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- High degree of personal responsibility and reliability with a strong attention to detail
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
