At Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Taufkirchen / Munich, you will take on the role of Network IT Service Manager with full technical operational responsibility for the network infrastructure in Germany. You will manage IT service providers, plan costs, and continuously develop the infrastructure – in an environment where IT security and availability are top priorities.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities
- Technical operational responsibility for the entire network infrastructure in Germany and ensuring stable, high-quality operation according to ITIL
- IT service provider management according to contractually defined KPIs and SLAs for the technical implementation of the network infrastructure
- Project coordination and collaboration with other IT departments during the introduction of new network-based solutions
- Cost planning and control for the network infrastructure including continuous development and improvement
- Technical support for root cause analyses and troubleshooting
- Authorization management for the highest administrative accesses and permissions within your area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in operating IT infrastructure solutions or as an IT project manager in the field of network infrastructures
- In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Network Access Control, Firewall, Proxy, Layer-2 & 3 Encryption
- Experience with Cisco ISE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Broadcom (Bluecoat/Symantec), Genua GenuScreen, ADVA, or Rohde & Schwarz is an advantage; certifications are also beneficial
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Analytical thinking, assertiveness, high level of initiative, teamwork, and flexibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
