At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will start as a Procurement Support & Junior Buyer in an international procurement environment. You will support pricing for complex cabin components, manage supplier data, and gradually develop into an independent role in purchasing.

Responsibilities
- Price management for complex cabin components and supplier information in SAP MM and other Airbus tools
- Purchasing: Creation and follow-up of purchase orders and processing of invoice payments
- Data integrity in procurement systems and consolidation of supplier ratings
- Contract archiving managed electronically and physically in Airbus tools
- Process optimization through definition of best practices and harmonization of working methods
- Automation of administrative tasks using AI, Google Tools, and internal specialists
- Data research and interviews with experts to support negotiation teams
- Negotiations with suppliers regarding non-recurring and recurring costs of design changes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Supply Chain Quality (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Initial experience in disposition / material procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or supply chain
- Solid knowledge of SAP (Materials Management) and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
