Responsibilities
- Process Planning and coordination of all engine installation-related topics
- Rework Management for engines up to the final handover process to the flight lines
- Installation Planning for engines in close coordination with program and production planning
- Worksite Responsibility for engine installation carried out by subcontractors
- Subcontractor Coordination and management of external service providers
- Quality Management through coordination and creation of Non-Conformities (NCs)
- Supplier Management with planning and alignment of internal and external partners
- Tool Responsibility including compliance with all inspection, test, and TÜV intervals
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as a precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or fitter with master craftsman's certificate or a completed degree in engineering or a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production
- Experience in industrial mechanics and manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge in processing and controlling Non-Conformities (NCs) is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late)
- Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, and reliability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
