Responsibilities
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) emergency management and development of solutions for rapid operational recovery
- Supplier management for fast demand fulfilment, including order placement, tracking, and analysis of delivery delays
- Logistics processes actively co-designing and negotiating with internal and external partners
- Supply chain performance monitoring in day-to-day business and optimization through regular contact with suppliers
- Internal customer communication on order status and progress
- Participation in the on-call service to ensure continuous material supply
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics
- Several years of professional experience in disposition / procurement and supply chain
- Solid application knowledge of SAP in a procurement environment and of Google Workspace
- Proficient German (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
