At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Supply Chain Coordinator Cabin Interiors as the interface between procurement and the final assembly line. You ensure all equipment for cabin furnishing is available on time and keep the industrial process running – through clear communication, proactive risk management, and close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities


  • Availability management for cabin furnishing in close coordination with the Final Assembly Line (FAL) and the Airbus Delivery Center
  • Risk management with implementation of corrective actions and development of recovery plans to secure Airbus planning
  • Transparency and reporting through regular participation in operational meetings and provision of key performance indicators
  • Escalation management for critical supplier issues in collaboration with Supply Management and Supply Chain Quality teams
  • Systematic problem analysis and initiation of containment and eradication measures
  • Supplier management as the central point of contact for BFE and SFE suppliers according to valid procedures


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical field, business informatics, or supply chain/logistics (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, supplier management, line side support, and/or supply chain/logistics
  • Experience in the field of cabin or interior design desirable
  • Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Work in a 2-shift system with regular shift rotation every 3-4 weeks
  • Team player, strong communication skills at all levels, and a flexible, dynamic mindset
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
