Responsibilities
- Backlog reduction: Support administrative and coordination tasks related to supplier contracts and service delivery
- Project support: Contribute to local and transnational business improvement projects as well as the rollout of new supply chain processes
- Supplier performance: Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service definitions for FMRE suppliers
- Procurement support: Provide administrative and coordination support during Call for Tender (CFT) processes
- Data maintenance: Maintain and update supply chain tracking tools, dashboards, and shared databases
- Stakeholder coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for local and transnational stakeholders
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or Economics (at least Bachelor's)
- Initial experience in the areas of procurement, supplier management, and supply chain / logistics
- Basic knowledge of continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience in international/multicultural working environments is mandatory
- Structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
