At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on the role of Airbus Flight Transfer Coordinator, operationally managing ferry flights for Single Aisle and A380 aircraft. You coordinate all necessary ground activities, regulatory documentation, and customer-specific services – ensuring the timely and safe delivery to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of aircraft and customer satisfaction by professionally managing ferry flights
- Regulatory documentation for ferry flights in accordance with legal requirements, providing and managing it
- Ground activities such as refueling, de-icing, and baggage control for flight execution, initiating and coordinating them
- Security coordination with service providers according to legal specifications, planning and monitoring it
- Customs requirements for crew, passengers, and baggage, fulfilling them and ensuring corresponding controls
- Catering budget and planning within the framework of customer wishes and financial guidelines, managing it
- Project collaboration for the continuous improvement of working methods and processes within the team
- Budget control and documentation for all expenses associated with ferry flights
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or Supply Chain / Logistics, or comparable qualification as a Technician / Technical Business Manager
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and public relations / communication
- Several years of experience in project management; experience in flight operations or airport ground-handling is an advantage
- Good knowledge of civil aviation documentation (CA documentation)
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Driving license class B/3
- Very high flexibility and willingness to work shift hours as well as on-call duty (including Saturdays, evenings, and on public holidays)
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and teamwork
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
