Tasks

  • Preparing coating work by providing tools and materials and reviewing build documents
  • Cleaning, activating and masking surfaces to ensure optimum paint adhesion
  • Coating surfaces using paint, adhesives, preservative wax or sealants
  • Applying synchronous coating processes depending on specifications and component requirements
  • Applying technical labelling, decorative and auxiliary films, as well as line markings
  • Ensuring quality, cleanliness and process compliance in the production environment
  • Working flexibly at changing workstations within manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Vehicle Painter, Coating Technology Process Mechanic, or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing/production and as a painter
  • Proficient German skills (min. B2) and English skills at basic level (min. A2)
  • Willingness to complete a required pre-qualification in the relevant field
  • Willingness to work a 3-shift system, weekends and overtime
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
