Responsibilities
- Surface protection on components and skin panels professionally prepare and execute
- Grinding, cleaning and activating surfaces for subsequent coating
- Painting work including masking and demasking precisely carry out
- Preservation of internal areas for permanent corrosion protection ensure
- Production processes by completing cycle times for station loading support
- Manual manufacturing tasks within the team reliably take on
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter, painter/coater, or process mechanic for coating technology
- Many years of professional experience in the respective field
- Several years of experience in manufacturing or production
- Good German language skills (at least proficient)
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-/4-shift system) and overtime
- Quality awareness, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
