Responsibilities
- Coordination of subcontractors and partner companies within the NH90 program
- Order processing for customer orders and repair orders efficiently ensured
- KPI monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators for customers
- Action planning for customers defined and implementation monitored
- Logistics strategy for improving internal and external logistics services developed and implemented
- Customer complaints coordinated and processed in a timely manner
- Process optimization through implementation of improvements and automation measures
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, International Management, or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, finance, IT/information systems, marketing, or sales
- Initial experience in project management
- Proficient use of SAP (in-depth application knowledge)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Alternatively: Completed commercial apprenticeship (at least 3 years) with qualified further training and several years of relevant professional experience
- Strong service orientation, resilience, teamwork, and communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
