Responsibilities


  • Machine operation: Operation and monitoring of edge forming machines and adjustment of process and program parameters
  • Robot integration: Loading and unloading of components for edge forming robots in the manufacturing process
  • Deburring: Processing and finishing of components to optimise quality
  • Documentation: Performing system notifications and complete documentation for the next cost centre
  • Process control: Ensuring a continuous and efficient manufacturing workflow


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g. Industrial Mechanic, Metal Worker)
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production as well as experience in mechatronics or machine operation
  • Knowledge of operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, especially edge forming robots
  • Proficient handling of SAP and SAP/R3 as well as Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system
  • Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and independent working approach
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
