Responsibilities
- Creating and approving maintenance documentation, including defining clear work specifications
- Defining in-house developments, repairs, modifications and testing in the fan blade environment
- Carrying out calculations and transferring the results into working documents / job cards
- Identifying potential for optimisation in maintenance processes and deriving effective measures
- Developing and evaluating technical and economic solution concepts
- Creating, implementing and monitoring action plans through to stable implementation
- Supporting the industrialisation of repairs, including coordination with production and related departments
- Coordinating technical issues between production, administration, customers and management, as well as handling sub-projects and special tasks
Qualifications
- A degree in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Technical vocational training desirable
- Experience in a comparable production environment, ideally in individual component repair/maintenance
- Knowledge of product development and approval, lean methods and project management
- Knowledge of materials, particularly the application and processing of light metal materials
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
- Very good German (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is essential
