Responsibilities
- Plant operation of riveting machines and other manufacturing systems
- Process monitoring and process-related adjustment work to optimize production flow
- Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and relevant process parameters
- Fault management: Analysis and rectification of malfunctions and informing maintenance
- Preparation and follow-up such as setting up, aligning, and dismantling components as well as tool assembly
- System maintenance and documentation in the operational IT systems
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic – sanitation, heating and air conditioning technology, turner/miller, electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician), aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, process technician for coating technology, machining mechanic, or in a metalworking/craft trade
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work shifts in 3- and 4-shift systems
- Quality awareness, teamwork, flexibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
