Responsibilities
- Machine setup: Set up CNC machining centers, change tools, and calibrate measuring devices
- Workpiece handling: Load, clamp, align parts, and monitor the machine cycle
- Quality inspection: Check finished parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and completeness
- Series production readiness: Optimize manufacturing processes in close coordination with production planning and NC programming
- Troubleshooting: Independently analyze and rectify process disruptions on machines
- Process optimization: Propose and implement measures to increase manufacturing efficiency
- Maintenance: Perform minor repair and maintenance work on production equipment
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Precision Machinist, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in milling or CNC machining
- Initial application knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Ownership of a car and driver's license
- Strong teamwork, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
