Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machines
- Tool and Fixture Management: Setting up and adjusting tools, fixtures, and components
- Machining Processes: Performing machining and other processing operations according to process specifications
- Quality Control: Inspecting and maintaining components to ensure specifications
- NC Programming: Testing and applying NC programs or NC tapes
- Team Support: Onboarding and providing technical support to new colleagues
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder, or in a metalworking trade
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Experience as a Machine Operator is advantageous
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system
- Quality awareness, teamwork skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
