Responsibilities


  • Non-destructive testing (PT/MT) on metallic components independently performed
  • Equipment operation for magnetic particle and penetrant inspections
  • Test documentation defined, created, and managed
  • Quality assurance actively supported through improvement measures
  • SAP entries for order feedback and performance data recorded
  • Problem analysis for internal and external quality issues
  • Quality reports and build deviations processed


Qualifications

  • At least master qualification as aircraft mechanic or plastics/rubber process mechanic, or comparable technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production and in plastics/rubber technology
  • Experience in quality assurance and knowledge about composite component manufacturing
  • Secure handling of MS Office and advanced SAP application skills
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
  • Training in non-destructive testing techniques (NDT) according to EN4179 at Level 2 required
  • Teamwork skills, high quality awareness, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
