Responsibilities


  • Installation and dismantling of fuel system components such as pumps, valves, and lines while adhering to specified torque values
  • Testing and measurements performed independently, including leak, function, and gas-free tests
  • Maintenance work such as inspections, modifications, and repairs carried out directly in the tank area
  • Safety standards consistently adhered to, especially when working in confined spaces such as fuel tanks
  • Process supervision and monitoring of fuel and defuel procedures
  • Quality assurance as an own inspector (EP) by releasing assemblies


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or mechatronics technician
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, mechanics, or mechatronics
  • Experience working in confined spaces and safe handling of cramped working conditions
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system
  • High physical mobility, teamwork skills, independent working style, and ability to work concentrated over longer periods
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
