The gross annual salary is up to €44,648.00, depending on qualifications. The position is initially temporary, with a contract expiring at the end of 2026. Responsibilities
- Installation and removal of VIP aircraft cabin components such as paneling, storage compartments, floor panels, storage cabinets, toilets, and galleys in accordance with technical documentation
- Performing modifications on high-quality cabin components
- Conducting functional tests on cabin interior components
- Working according to defined processes and quality requirements in an exclusive client environment
- Coordinating necessary decisions with work planners and team leaders to ensure proper execution
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with mechanics, electronics technicians, upholsterers, and other trades
Qualifications
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic with cabin experience or comparable training
- Extensive professional experience in the overhaul of interior components or in working on aircraft cabins
- Experience working in aircraft cabins and on cabin components is mandatory
- VIP cabin experience is desirable
- Category A basic training course is desirable
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Good German (min. B2) and technical English skills (min. A2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
