Tasks

  • Maintenance and repair of aircraft and their components in accordance with specifications
  • Carrying out modifications as part of supplementary maintenance
  • Creating repair orders and documenting the work performed
  • Testing and adjusting equipment on a test bench
  • Certifying equipment for flight operations after successful maintenance

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the field of aviation technology, e.g., as an aircraft mechanic or industrial mechanic for aircraft
  • Alternatively: completed training in a metalworking profession such as automotive mechanic, cutting machine operator, mechatronics engineer, tool mechanic, or comparable
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
  • Willingness to acquire missing qualifications or to undertake job-related further training
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
