At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will work as a Missing Parts Manager to manage the availability of critical components for NH90 production. You identify bottlenecks, coordinate special measures, and optimize processes to prevent production stoppages. Your work is the interface between procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Bottleneck identification and root cause analysis for missing or impending missing parts in production and the supply chain
- Inventory reconciliation between physical stock and the ERP system (e.g., SAP)
- Escalation & prioritization of critical missing parts to avoid production stoppages
- Supplier management and organization of special logistics for urgent components
- Tracking & tracing of transport status until delivery at the assembly point
- Interface coordination between production, procurement, logistics, and quality management
- Status reporting for production and project management
- Process optimization and preventive adjustment of safety stocks and planning parameters
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician) with qualified further education (e.g., certified technician, business administrator)
- Several years of professional experience in planning, material procurement, manufacturing, or production
- Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Proficient use of SAP and MS Office; pronounced IT affinity
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and a structured, independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
