The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 47,556 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Material Preparation: Assemble parts and materials for mounting and structure work processes
- Integration Planning: Check drawings and dimensions for fixtures and initial integration, and define tools
- Quality Inspection: Review manufacturing documents for completeness and plausibility and clarify discrepancies
- Assembly Work: Perform integration work for hot-run and flight assembly of engine components
- Manufacturing Processes: Application of special processes such as polishing, joining, lapping, spot welding, cleaning, and assembly
- Team Integration: Assemble engines and components according to drawings and work plans as part of a team
- Test Equipment Selection: Select and apply measuring and testing equipment for intermediate and final inspections
- Documentation: Maintain prescribed documentation records within the scope of assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification
- Many years of professional experience in aerospace, technical documentation, or maintenance
- Knowledge and certifications in joining processes are advantageous
- In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, and good communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
