Responsibilities


  • Mechanical assembly and installation work on helicopter prototypes
  • Modifications and structural repairs according to technical specifications
  • Quality inspections of the first level carried out independently
  • Work equipment such as materials, tools, and standard parts handled professionally
  • Documentation of work orders and technical specifications ensured
  • Assemblies prepared for test runs and associated production documentation created
  • Continuous improvement of processes and workflows actively supported


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanic, or a comparable technical education
  • Initial experience in mechanical assembly, ideally in aviation or prototype construction
  • Basic application skills in MS Office and SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • High sense of responsibility, resilience, and willingness for occasional overtime
  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, communication skills, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
