Responsibilities
- Mechanical assembly and installation work on helicopter prototypes
- Modifications and structural repairs according to technical specifications
- Quality inspections of the first level carried out independently
- Work equipment such as materials, tools, and standard parts handled professionally
- Documentation of work orders and technical specifications ensured
- Assemblies prepared for test runs and associated production documentation created
- Continuous improvement of processes and workflows actively supported
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanic, or a comparable technical education
- Initial experience in mechanical assembly, ideally in aviation or prototype construction
- Basic application skills in MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and willingness for occasional overtime
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, communication skills, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
