Tasks
- Checking and adjusting assemblies and production aids during final assembly with regard to safety and functional aspects
- Assembly, disassembly, and repair of internal and external production equipment
- Testing with optical and mechanical measuring equipment and laser trackers, as well as complete documentation of the measurement results
- Collaboration on the specification of new production aids (FEMIs) and implementation of technical optimizations
- Creation of technical workshop sketches, parts lists, test and acceptance reports
- Incoming goods inspection with a focus on technical documentation and plausibility checks
- Coordination with internal and external suppliers in the event of technical queries
Qualifications
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic or machine fitter
- Many years of professional experience in the fields of industrial mechanics, measurement technology, maintenance, and repair
- In-depth knowledge of the operation and application of 3D measurement technology, in particular laser trackers and Metrolog
- Confident in using SAP, Catia V5, and ideally some knowledge of CorelDraw
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Valid certificates: forklift, crane, and aerial work platform licenses
- Willingness to work weekends (if necessary)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
