Tasks

  • Coordination and maintenance of the calendar as well as administrative support for management and the team
  • Organization of meetings, events, and webinars, including agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups
  • Interface communication with stakeholders and internal assistants – engaging, forward-thinking, solution-oriented
  • Handling administrative tasks such as travel management, IT and building management, expense reports, and material procurement
  • Managing internal and external information for the team and promoting positive team relationships
  • Supporting the implementation of sustainability initiatives, e.g., reduction of paper, plastic, and waste

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable commercial training
  • Many years of professional experience in assistant roles and human resources administration
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • Confident, structured, and independent way of working with a strong team orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
