Tasks
- Coordination and maintenance of the calendar as well as administrative support for management and the team
- Organization of meetings, events, and webinars, including agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups
- Interface communication with stakeholders and internal assistants – engaging, forward-thinking, solution-oriented
- Handling administrative tasks such as travel management, IT and building management, expense reports, and material procurement
- Managing internal and external information for the team and promoting positive team relationships
- Supporting the implementation of sustainability initiatives, e.g., reduction of paper, plastic, and waste
Qualifications
- Completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable commercial training
- Many years of professional experience in assistant roles and human resources administration
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- Confident, structured, and independent way of working with a strong team orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
