For our client Diehl Aviation Laupheim GmbH, we are looking for an Operational Buyer at the Laupheim site. In this central role, you ensure smooth material supply and act as the interface between internal stakeholders and international suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Material Procurement: Demand-based procurement of materials and raw materials considering economic, scheduling, and qualitative aspects
- Operational Purchasing: Execution of classic purchasing tasks on national and international procurement markets
- Material Planning: Comprehensive planning and control tasks to ensure continuous material supply
- Supplier Management: Regular collaboration and coordination with European and international suppliers
- Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of procurement processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed degree in business administration/economics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, material planning, or procurement
- Experience as a commercial clerk
- Proficient use of SAP and MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- High degree of responsibility, reliability, and resilience
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
